youth development
Physical activity at a young age is vital for the growth of our children. According to the federal health guidelines, youth ages 6 to 17 need at least 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous physical activity.
Our focus is to introduce children to a variety of sports, cardio exercises, stretching, body weight exercises, and much more. The children will learn the importance of effort, teamwork, patience, leadership, and more.
